The three-room apartments have an area of approx. 60m² and consist of an entrance hall, a dining room with open space kitchen, two separate bedrooms and a bathroom. In our modern, fully-furnished apartments, you have the following facilities:

• two bedrooms with matrimonial bed (180/200 cm);
• a living room with a sofa bed (140/200 cm) and a non-extensible sofa (90/200 cm).

You can find fast food restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacy and banks in the area. The Handelskai Metro Station is about five minutes away. We are close to Millenium Towers, where you will find various restaurants, shops, the Exilia fitness center, bowling club etc.

Accommodation rates for stays of at least 3 nights:

• 2 pers. - 90 €/night
• 3 pers. - 100 €/night
• 4 pers. - 120 €/night
• 5 pers. - 130 €/night
• 6 pers. - 140 €/night

Price inclues all utility costs, housekeeping/room cleaning costs, tourism tax (3,2%) and VAT (10%).

Stay with us for 7 nights and pay for 6 nights only.

For stays shorter than 3 nights, there's an additional 30 € tax, for room cleaning.
